1. Can I install this product myself?
To use theTheAquaFeel™ Water Dispenser, simply follow these steps: Insert the stainless steel pipe, attach the silicone hose to the base, and fit the TheAquaFeel™ Water Dispenser onto the bottle's neck to start using it. Just press once to begin dispensing water and press again to stop.

1. What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with the product you can return it for a refund. You just need to pay for return shipping. We will send you a label and we will refund the card on file when we receive the returned system. Systems that have been damaged due to improper use or installation will not be covered by the satisfaction guarantee.

Our current shipping times are within 24 hours of the order date. The AquaFeel™ Water Dispenser is in high demand, and we are working to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
